Masodini Game Lodge makes sure you’ll have an awesome stay without worries.
You may have some questions due to how we handle the “New Normal”.
First of all, you must know that Masodini only accommodates a max. of 10 guests and has plenty of open space. There’s not even the chance of “getting sqeezed”. Most of the time you will be outdoors.
Masodini has been closed during the pandemic outbreak after 26.03.2020 until 07.06.2020.
Prior to your arrival & your stay at Masodini:
Visitors do not need a health certificate (i.e. a test) prior to arrival but
if you have screened your temperature over the last two weeks and have a list at hand, it would be highly appreciated.
We do temperature checks upon all guests' arrivals. Guests with more than 37.5 temperature and symptoms will be reported to our nearby doctor, the travel companions may have to go to the Polokwane Hospital in Limpopo; we will report it and then await the decision of the competent authority.
We do not force you to wear a mask around the premise, if you prefer wearing one, please bring your own.
Furniture such as tables, sunloungers and bar chairs in public areas are arranged widespread to allow more space for distancing.
Cleaning & Disinfection:
Our rooms are left vacant for a minimum of at least 3 hours, usually up to 5 hours between check-out and a new check-in.
Each chalet has an individual air-conditioning/heating unit which you can manage yourself.
We clean and sanitize the rooms and public areas with approved disinfectants on a daily basis.
Of course, linens, towels and laundry are washed in accordance with the official guidelines.
In your room, you will find your personal hand sanitizer, as well as a sanitizer station centrally located in the public area near reception.
The crew surely practices social distancing guidelines. All employees live on site, are well trained and are monitored to follow a certain cleaning protocol. The staff wears appropriate personal protective equipment and we check temperature for all onsite staff on a daily basis.
For all meals, we offer single-serve options instead of buffets.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
